refunds
all sales are final. the objects offered on this site are original works of art — unique pieces or part of very limited, handcrafted series. each work is the result of a personal artistic process and may contain intentional variations, traces of handcraft, or material irregularities that are intrinsic to its nature. these are not industrial products, but sculptural objects to be contemplated, lived with, and cared for. for this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

in the rare event that an item is damaged during transport, the client must contact us within five (5) days of delivery with photographs and a written description. if the claim is accepted, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our sole discretion. visible damage to packaging does not entitle the client to a refund unless the object itself is affected.
