these general terms and conditions (“terms”) govern the contractual relationship between endles di giona lepori (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual or legal entity (the “client”) who visits or places an order via www.jonalepori.com or www.lepori.net (collectively, the “site”). by accessing the site or placing an order, the client confirms to have read, understood and accepted these terms without reservation. if the client does not agree to these terms, use of the site and its services must be discontinued. we reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on the site. any order placed after the update date implies full acceptance of the updated version.

1. scope of application
these terms apply to all products and services presented on the site and offered by endles di giona lepori, including but not limited to the sale of handmade objects, limited series, and original works. information related to products, materials, availability, or pricing is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to change.

2. orders and contractual relationship
orders are placed through the site or, where applicable, via direct contact. the sale is considered final upon receipt of full payment and confirmation email from us. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of incorrect or incomplete customer data, suspected misuse, or unavailability of the product. orders cannot be placed on behalf of a third party without prior agreement.

3. pricing and payment
all prices are listed in swiss francs (chf) and include swiss vat where applicable. shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout. payments are accepted via the secure methods indicated on the site. orders are only confirmed after full payment has been received. we reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. product characteristics
each item is handmade and may show unique variations in form, color, or finish. product images are indicative and non-contractual. these objects are not everyday items but works of art. they should be treated with care and intention. avoid long exposure to liquids and moisture unless explicitly stated.

5. delivery
orders are delivered to the address provided by the client. delivery times are indicative and not contractually binding. we are not responsible for delays due to postal services, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. delivery is available only within switzerland unless otherwise agreed.

5.1. international orders
orders placed through the site can currently be shipped within switzerland only. if you wish to purchase from abroad, please contact us at sales@lepori.net before placing an order. we may be able to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

6. returns and cancellations
all sales are final. the objects offered on this site are original works of art — unique pieces or part of very limited, handcrafted series. each work is the result of a personal artistic process and may contain intentional variations, traces of handcraft, or material irregularities that are intrinsic to its nature. these are not industrial products, but sculptural objects to be contemplated, lived with, and cared for. for this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. in the rare event that an item is damaged during transport, the client must contact us within five (5) days of delivery with photographs and a written description. if the claim is accepted, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our sole discretion. visible damage to packaging does not entitle the client to a refund unless the object itself is affected.

7. use of the site
the client agrees to use the site and its content solely for lawful purposes. the reproduction, copying, resale, or commercial use of any part of the site or its content is prohibited without written permission. we may restrict or suspend access to the site in the event of misuse or violation of these terms.

8. intellectual property
all content on the site, including text, images, product designs, and logos, is the exclusive property of endles di giona lepori and may not be used, reproduced, distributed or modified without explicit prior consent. ownership and rights to all original works remain with the creator unless otherwise specified.

9. liability
we are not liable for damages resulting from: improper use of our products, delays or failures due to external causes, loss or theft during delivery, incorrect handling of objects contrary to care instructions. to the extent permitted by swiss law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. data protection
personal data provided by the client will be processed in accordance with swiss data protection law (nlpd) and will be used only for order processing and communication purposes. for details, see our privacy policy.

11. applicable law and jurisdiction
these terms are governed by swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. any dispute arising from or related to the use of the site or an order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of locarno, switzerland. appeal to the swiss federal court remains reserved.
